Clarkson Regional Health Services Inc. d/b/a Clarkson Institute (“CRHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the web sites clarksonregional.com and clarksoninstitute.org (collectively, the “Web site”). CRHS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of visitors to our Web site.

Your use of our Web site is predicated on your agreement with this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Information Collected and Stored

In the last twelve months, we may have “sold” and “shared” (as such terms are defined in the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”); the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”); the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (“DPDPA”); the Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (“MCDPA”); the Nebraska Data Privacy Act (“NEDPA”); the New Jersey Consumer Data Privacy Act (“NJDPA”); the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (“OCPA”); and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (“TDPSA”)) and have disclosed for the purposes of targeted advertising the following categories of personal information for marketing purposes to business partners and third parties, such as social media platforms and/or data brokers as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect or share the personal information of persons under the age of 16. We may sell or share the following information:
