Matt Hruska, MBA is the Chief Financial Officer at Clarkson Institute. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability. He oversees all financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. He works closely with the CEO, President, and Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals. He also oversees information technology functions and facilities.

Prior to joining Clarkson Institute, Matt held senior FP&A roles at West Corporation, First Data Corporation, and Methodist Health System, leading FP&A teams in strategic planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting results across multiple business units in support of executive management.

Matt is a member of the St. Vincent de Paul’s Men’s Club, supporting the church and school needs. Until recently he also served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of Youth Emergency Services, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and support to youth experiencing instability, crisis, and homelessness.

Matt holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance from University of Nebraska-Omaha.
